We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our partnered school in Horley, supporting children with ADHD, autism, and behavioural needs. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on young learners' lives. Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Crawley
Type: Full-time, term time only
Start Date: September 2024
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to SEN learners, particularly those with ADHD, autism, and behavioural needs.
- Assist in creating and delivering a creative, relevant, and practical curriculum.
- Collaborate with teachers to support learning objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Relevant teaching assistant and SEN experience (must provide references)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (willingness to get one)
- A nurturing, patient, and committed approach to making learning accessible
