Job Description
Job Title: Supply Chain Program Manager – AGT\\n\\nLocation: Warwick\\nContract Length: 6-month initial contract\\n\\nThe Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) is responsible to define and execute a program of sourcing transfer projects that reactivates the ST30’s engine’s components in support of Services and new unit requirements.\\n\\nRole Overview:\\n\\nThe SCPM will be accountable for designing, managing, and delivering a strategic sourcing program covering up to 200 components over a 3-year timeline. The role requires working across multi-functional teams, ensuring that sourcing and qualification activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\\n\\nThe SCPM will manage dedicated and matrixed resources (up to 15 FTEs over the program duration) and ensure efficient delivery of sourcing workstreams to establish a robust supply chain.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Define the work breakdown structure, sourcing packages, and supporting workstreams that will deliver the program's objectives.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage program team members, including other Supply Chain Project Managers and dedicated/non-dedicated resources.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure timely resource allocation and decisions from AGT functional organizations to support program deliverables.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee project quality management, risk management, budgeting, and performance reporting for the program.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Act as subject matter expert (SME) for supply chain program processes, driving project execution excellence.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Establish and manage a Change Control Board to approve program changes impacting scope, schedule, or budget.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Form and report to a cross-functional steering committee to ensure program governance and alignment.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure delivery of sourcing and qualification of key Gas Turbine components, including:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Discs, drums (welded disc assemblies), shafts, casings, blades, vanes, combustion liners, external piping, engine controls, and general machining.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Raw materials such as castings and forgings.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure the newly established supply chain delivers components to an acceptable rate and quality before program closure.\\n\\nKey Skills / Experience Required:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Recognized Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).\\n\\n * \\n\\n Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant discipline.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven track record of delivering complex, global programs in engineering, supply chain, or project management roles.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong background in OEM & Service business processes, with experience in process improvement and results delivery.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Deep understanding of aerospace component manufacturing, sourcing processes, and risk management.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Knowledge of aerospace design and product change control processes.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions at all levels.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to work in a matrix organization, managing both dedicated and non-dedicated resources effectively.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Passion for change management and continuous improvement
