Location: Slough
Contract length: 3 month contract with potential to extend
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm (Flexibility) (i.e 08.00am - 16.00pm)
Mainly working onsite with some possibility of Hybrid (8 hour day with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
The successful Accounts Administrator will join a team of 5 and will be working on the filing and Administration of Capitalisation and Retirement forms. Previous experience of this is critical for this position, to help work through the requirements of this short term project. Strong Excel use is required, and an understanding of SAP is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Learning
- Quickly learn and understand the relevant parts of administration of capitalisation and retirement.
- Execute the process of filling out capitalisation/retirement forms, ensuring all information is accurate and submitted on time.
- Collaboration - Proactively engage project engineers, associates, and other stakeholders to seek the necessary information and guidance for form completion.
- Provide regular feedback to the job manager and promptly report any issues, hurdles, or delays encountered in the process.
- Record Keeping - Maintain a systematic and organised filing system for all capitalisation documents and related correspondence.
Key Skills/Qualifications & Essentials:
- Proven experience in an administrative or support function, preferably in accounting and/or assets capitalisation area.
- General understanding of engineering/technical terminology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular with Excel.
- Practical experience with SAP/Ariba is desirable but not essential.
