About the Role
Randstad Sourceright are recruiting on behalf of Mars Wrigley UK for a proactive and organised Capability Coordinator to support the One Demand Capability team. You will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth delivery of learning solutions, customer communications and business process improvements – enabling our associates to excel for our Customers, Shoppers & Consumers. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in exceptional organisation and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- You will work closely with Capability Managers to support:
- Skills, Communications & Process Interventions
- Support onboarding and curriculum programmes – booking rooms, managing participants, coordinating trainers & materials
- Send communications and manage attendance for learning events
- Maintain capability spaces onsite and ensure materials are up to date
- Help drive engagement through targeted emails and event promotion
- Assist with setup and onsite delivery of learning pathways and key events
- Welcome delegates and support smooth event logistics
- Coordinate samples, equipment and resources
- Maintain capability workload trackers, documentation and SharePoint/Teams content
- Support Workday learning set-up, reporting and post-event updates
- Run reports on capability assessments and evaluations
- Respond to general internal queries about capability offerings
- Support off-site planning and booking of training rooms
- Schedule learning interventions in Workday
- Manage learner lists and ensure operational readiness (materials/rooms/catering)
- Monitor attendance and help recruitment for sessions
- Update training impact data quarterly
- Track budget spend and support purchase orders, cross charges and accruals
- Ensure accurate and timely cost administration
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence working with data and repetitive administrative tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Experience with Workday, Power BI or finance systems is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.
