- Aware of and utilizes Specification and other Contract documents.
- Can produce detailed documentation required for the handover of completed works.
Productivity & Commercial Awareness
- Capable of accurately taking off and scheduling material quantities.
- Possesses knowledge of specification and contract documents.
- Understands what defines 'additional works'.
