About the Role

Randstad Sourceright are recruiting on behalf of Siemens Energy, we are seeking a Site Administrator / Document Controller to support a Siemens Energy construction project at National Grid Bramford Substation. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining all site documentation, ensuring accurate, up-to-date information is available to support safe and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain site documentation using the Site Drawing Index (SDI)
  • Control, stamp, and issue construction drawings to the site team
  • Coordinate document transmittals with the Project Office via document management systems
  • Ensure the latest approved documentation is available on site
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents from suppliers and stakeholders
  • Support red-line and as-built documentation
  • Carry out general site administration duties

About You

  • Minimum 6 months experience in site document control or site administration
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using document management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently on site

Desirable

  • A Level or equivalent qualification
  • APM Project Management (Introduction)
  • Engineering or Project Management background
