Title: Project Coordinator – PLM Team Location: Lincoln, Teal Park, 3 Days a Week Contract: Full-Time About the Role Randstad Sourceright are recruiting on behalf of Siemens for an enthusiastic and highly organised Project Coordinator to join the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to build experience in project management within a dynamic and collaborative engineering environment. Key Responsibilities * Project Planning & Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of new projects and ongoing PLM activities, ensuring schedules and timelines are maintained. * Activity Management: Maintain up-to-date activity plans that track progress, priorities, and key milestones. * Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key communication link for PLM360 SGT tasks, encouraging collaboration across the team and wider stakeholder groups. * Resource Coordination: Assist in the organisation of resources, workshops, and sessions, working closely with PLM Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). * Communication & Reporting: Share updates, progress summaries, and achievements with project stakeholders and the wider SGT community. * Continuous Improvement: Suggest and support the implementation of process improvements and contribute to best-practice development.
