Job Description

Job Title: Parts Forecasting Analyst\\n\\nLocation: Warwick\\n\\nContract Length: Initial 6 months (then extended on 3 month rolling basis)\\n\\nRandstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are seeking a Parts Forecasting Analyst to join a leading global energy solutions provider. You will be responsible for predicting future parts demand, optimizing inventory levels, and contributing to the timely availability of parts to meet customer needs. This role involves analysing data, communicating with customers and other departments, and implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Some of the main duties might include but are not limited to:\\n\\nYour responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n To predict future parts demand and manage the forecast in SAP. Forecasting future parts requirements based on historical data, sales forecasts, and other relevant factors.\\n\\n * \\n\\n To calculate safety stock that buffers uncertainty in future demand.\\n\\n * \\n\\n To collaborate with other Forecasting team members, Parts Delivery, Procurement, Engineering, Finance and Sales to agree on demand plans and impacts.\\n\\n * \\n\\n To analyse future supply and demand in SAP to predict future inventory levels and anticipate future excess.\\n\\n * \\n\\n To analyse data from various sources to identify trends and improve forecasting accuracy.\\n\\n * \\n\\n To be process compliant through the use of company standard systems, processes and reports.\\n\\n * \\n\\n To create reports on forecast accuracy, safety stock, and current and future inventory.\\n\\n * \\n\\n To manage new requests to buy excess inventory.
