Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk (onsite working only)
Contract length: 9 months
Working Pattern: Initial Training (Approx. 1 month): Monday to Friday, 8-hour days. Initially 09:00–17:00, then shifting to 06:00-14:00 and 10:00-18:00 for full shift coverage training. Post-Training: 7 days on / 7 days off rotational shift pattern, working 12-hour shifts (06:00-18:00) when on shift.
Join a busy, critical operations team managing the day-to-day service and maintenance planning for a major wind farm. This role is essential for ensuring the timely and efficient deployment of field staff, optimising vessel use and maintaining meticulous records to support the continuous operation of the site.
Some of the duties will include but are not limited to:
- Maintenance Planning: Raising, scheduling, and allocating planned and unplanned maintenance activities via the SAP system, ensuring efficient timescales and optimising the deployment of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs).
- Operational Coordination: Creating daily and weekly work plans for the site team, managing the priority of turbine visits and providing daily customer updates on activity progress.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance: Executing control and technical verification within the SAP system (Spiridion), collating time data and parts consumption to support accurate billing and inventory replenishment. Ensuring the quality of service orders accurately reflects work completed on the wind farm.
- HSE Compliance: Coordinating the preparation and provision of all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) related documentation, ensuring all work aligns with UK legislation.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining meticulous administration, including technical and commercial record-keeping and clear separation of costs between service and warranty activities.
What We're Looking For (Essential)

- Location Requirement: Due to the demands of the shift pattern and the requirement to be onsite, candidates must live no more than a 30-minute drive from the Lowestoft office location.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience or knowledge of the SAP system (Spiridion is a bonus).
- Background in operations coordination, planning or a similar administrative role within a technical or engineering environment.
