Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to join a COO Office in a pivotal support capacity focusing on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Outsourcing. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to essential governance and regulatory activities within a dynamic banking environment.

As the backbone of our TPRM framework, you will play a critical role in ensuring the London Branch remains compliant with internal policies and UK regulatory requirements. Your coordination and administrative expertise will directly support the COO Office in maintaining robust governance, transparency and risk oversight for all outsourcing activities.

Some of the duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating supervisory and governance activities for third-party risk and outsourcing
  • Maintaining the documentary framework, including registers, repositories and SOPs
  • Preparing high-quality reporting materials and monthly slides for governance forums
  • Tracking engagements against requirements and performing quarterly monitoring checks
  • Engaging with stakeholders across the branch to support local escalation and regulatory notifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in administrative, governance, risk or operational support roles
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation
  • An interest in or exposure to outsourcing, TPRM or regulatory frameworks
