Randstad Enterprise actively seeks a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Project Manager to lead a crucial reorganization and optimization project within our logistics and warehouse operations. The Company

Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage the complete overhaul and optimization of material delivery and storage systems to our production line.
- Collaborate with various departments domestically and internationally for seamless project execution.
- Gather best practices from sister factories to align our logistics strategy.
- Support and interface with the existing management team.
- Manage internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven project management skills in delivering complex projects.
- Extensive experience in logistics and warehouse management, ideally including new warehouse setup/mobilisations.
- Experience in complex organizational structures.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Daily on-site presence is required at our modern facility. While this role has no direct reports, you will work closely with cross-functional teams. Please be advised this is NOT an IT Project Manager position. Formal PM qualifications are desirable but not essential. We value experience and demonstrated success.
