Job title: Immigration Partner Location: Lincoln (Teal Park) Contract length: 6 months rolling contract (with potential to go permanent) Work Structure: Onsite Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Immigration Partner to join a World leader offering Products, Solutions and Services across the entire Energy value chain on behalf of a well established manufacturing organisation to play a key role in supporting Manufacturing Operations. As an Immigration Partner, this role ensures the timely global deployment of Lincoln-based Field Service Engineers. You will manage end-to-end visa applications, ensure strict international compliance, and maintain a pool of active visas to meet KPIs for both scheduled and emergency work. Working closely with Resource Planners, you will evaluate workload forecasts to secure travel clearances in advance, preventing project delays and enabling seamless international operations. Some of the duties will include but are not limited to: * Prepare, submit, and track all work visa applications, permits, and entry documentation for Lincoln-based Field Service Engineers to ensure timely global mobilizations. * Monitor and enforce adherence to international immigration laws, embassy regulations, and corporate travel compliance policies to prevent border delays or penalties. * Assist engineers with gathering required personal and professional documentation, including passport renewals, invitation letters, embassy appointments, and medical checks. * Work in close partnership with Resource Planners and Project Coordinators to align visa processing timelines with upcoming project schedules and engineering demand. * Evaluate known and upcoming workload forecasts to proactively submit visa applications before project start dates. * Monitor and maintain an active pool of valid visas to meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Ensure sufficient visa coverage is maintained to support rapid-response deployment for unplanned, emergency field service work. * Update and maintain internal travel databases, tracking systems, and visa expiry records to ensure accurate, real-time reporting on engineer travel readiness. Essential Requirements: * Managing end-to-end global visa applications for Field Service Engineers to ensure timely mobilization to international project sites. * Monitoring and maintaining an active pool of valid visas to meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both scheduled and emergency (unplanned) work. * Analyzing known and forecasted workloads to proactively secure visas for the Lincoln-based engineering team. * Working closely with Resource Planners, Project Managers, and Logistics teams to align visa timelines with operational demands. * In-depth understanding of international visa requirements, work permits, entry restrictions, and embassy/consulate procedures. * Strong awareness of corporate immigration compliance, right-to-work laws, and international labor movement rules. * Ability to interpret work forecasts and map out lead times for various visa types (e.g., short-term work, transit, business visas). * Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, high-volume workloads, and urgent, last-minute mobilization requests. * Meticulous approach to documentation to prevent application rejections, delays, or non-compliance risks. * Clear communication with internal teams (Resource Planners, Engineers) and external bodies (embassies, third-party visa agencies). * Capability to handle unexpected embassy delays or sudden changes in project schedules without disrupting business operations. Desirable Requirements: * Prior experience managing visa and travel logistics within energy transition, engineering, field service, or heavy industrial sectors. * Exposure to global mobility operations, handling overseas assignments, rotation travel, or short-term technical deployments. * Experience managing relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) with external visa procurement agencies, embassies, and consulates. * Hands-on experience with travel management software (e.g., Concur, CWT) or enterprise resource planning modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for tracking deployments and compliance. * A track record of streamlining travel/visa workflows to shorten turnaround lead times and improve overall efficiency. * Proven ability to handle high-urgency travel escalations, passport emergencies, or last-minute entry clearance challenges
