Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting a Project Manager working on behalf of a leading Energy services company.
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the successful execution of real estate and infrastructure projects, particularly those governed by CDM regulations. This role ensures that all project phases—from planning through execution and close-out—adhere to the company’s operational, safety, and compliance standards, while delivering on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Project Execution & Leadership
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver CDM-regulated projects, including factory real estate moves and infrastructure upgrades.
- Develop and implement the Project Execution Concept (PEC), ensuring alignment with cost, time, quality, and compliance targets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, EHS, Legal) and external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- CDM Compliance & Site Mobilization
- Define role requirements, scope, and competencies for CDM-related site roles.
