Loan Operations and Trade Operations (40%):
- Inspect and perform minor functional testing of surgical equipment, consumable sets, control units, and AWM pumps.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation prior to inspection.
- Receipt loan sets: unpacking, scanning, and verifying supplied documents.
- Pick, scan, and prepare loan sets for dispatch.
- Coordinate shipping via in-house couriers.
- Pick, pack, and ship outbound trade orders.
- Receive goods, unpack, conduct physical checks, and put stock away.
System work (40%):
- Updating Mymediset/SAP/Movemedical.
- Additional duties such as cycle counts, reporting, replenishments, cleaning pumps etc.
What you will need to be successful:
- Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach.
- Comfortable with physical work (up to 80% of the role).
- Ability to follow processes and handle medical equipment with care.
- Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Excel.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, medical devices, or loan sets is advantageous but not essential.
