This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by providing efficient administrative support. In this position, you will manage a variety of tasks ranging from correspondence and file organization to meeting coordination and stakeholder support. You will join a small, close-knit team that works closely with clients and contractors to deliver excellent highway maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities- Communication Management: Handling incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and postal correspondence.
