Job title: Functional Expert/ ERP Specialist (Supply Chain Systems) Location: Remote (UK) Contract length: 12 Months (Potential to Extend) Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm (Flexible) Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Functional Expert/ ERP Specialist on behalf of a global manufacturing company. This is an initial 12 Month contract starting asap, with the potential to extend. This position is fully Remote. (UK) The successful Functional Expert/ERP Specialist will join the team and be the Super User for the transition of a new ERP system into Warehouses across the business. You will be the first point of contact for all Technical support. Previous experience working with ERP Systems is crucial for this position. We are also looking for Project Manager experience as this will help navigate working cross functionally within this project. This role will support the packaging material planning team to work in accordance to highest possible standard processes and assures the efficient use of related planning systems over the network. The role collaborates across plants and with commercial to support the implementation, training, testing, issue resolution and functional improvements with the aim to maximize service level in line with cash & cost targets Previous experience working within a Supply Chain and Manufacturing background would be ideal although not essential, but previous experience within ERP - SAP, Maestro, or ideally Kinaxis is essential As first level technical support for the pack materials planners in the team, the role will address technical issues to ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly. In addition, the role will drive technical as well as planning process continuous improvement in collaboration with the End to End team to ensure the material planning team functions at the highest level.
