Job title: Deployment Engineers Location: Midlands Birmingham, Leicester, Derby (travel to sites) Contract length: 3 months contract to extend Work Hour: Mon – Fri, full time 8hrs/day Pay Rate: £189/ day PAYE Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Deployment Engineers on behalf of a well established Facilities Management company on a 3 months contract to extend. In this role you will work as part of the regional engineering team to deliver support services to Business users during the rollout project. Some other duties include; * Provide 2nd Line support via onsite or remote support with relevant technical tools (EG,Teamviewer) on O365 upgrades and Email migration to investigate and resolve migration issues. * Providing fixes and troubleshooting where possible. Ensure users are kept aware of progress in resolving their issues * Liaise with technical teams – Project & Group. Identify trends and recurring issues to Team Lead. * Take part in onsite or via Teams user drop in clinics to answer any queries users may have before their migration. * Assist users with the migration of Laptop / Mobile devices (re-registering devices onto Intune). Requirements: * Proven track record in deployment projects, specifically within a large organisation. * Must have Office 365 and Windows 11 experience * Likely to be an IT professional with extensive experience across a range of IT disciplines. * Some experience of operational service delivery, in an IT service management environment/ITIL framework. * Familiar with Azure AD and Intune * Familiar with Team Viewer or similar * Familiar with Mobile Devices, Intune and associated apps * Knowledge of Zscaler Private Access * Knowledge of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) tools
