Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client’s Operations Team in Stoke Poges!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team and play a key role in providing outstanding service to our internal and external customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for a wide range of queries, primarily focusing on financial agreements within our asset finance division.
What you’ll do:
- Handle high volumes of customer calls, written correspondence, and internal queries with accuracy and efficiency
- Process transfer requests, financial amendments, and refund requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Proactively support team members and contribute to a collaborative environment
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience
- Maximise revenue opportunities through sales-leads and effective debt management
- Adhere to industry and regulatory guidelines
- Efficiently manage switchboard calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
What you’ll bring:
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in a Customer Services team, preferably within a Financial Services background or a business-to-business environment
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Experience in asset finance is highly desirable
