Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 2-3 Days onsite

Rate: £22 - £28 per hour

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Corporate PA on behalf of a global company in the renewable energy industry. This role is a hybrid position working 2-3 days per week onsite and is initially for 12 months with a high possibility of extending.

The successful Corporate PA will help assist the Head of Procurement in guaranteeing the smooth process of all procurement operations. The role involves managing schedules, correspondences, collaborating closely with various stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with our constantly evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and itineraries for senior management
  • Schedule meetings and conferences, coordinate appointments with various stakeholders
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute executive reports, correspondence, memos, and high-level presentations
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and expense reports
  • Process purchase orders as required, maintain and update procurement records and databases
  • Organise and maintain procurement documents, perform regular updates, and maintain supplier databases
  • Improve administrative productivity by performing general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling inquiries
  • Support the procurement team with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned
  • Handle confidential information and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar Corporate/administrative role, working for a senior member of Management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and terminology is a plus but not essential
