Job Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and experience in Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and Power Apps. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.. ● Power BI: – Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports. – Implement data models and perform data analysis. – Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability. ● Excel: – Create complex formulas, macros, and pivot tables. – Perform advanced data analysis and visualization. – Integrate Excel with other data sources and tools. ● SharePoint: – Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and libraries. – Develop workflows and automate business processes. – Ensure data integrity and security within SharePoint. ● Power Apps: – Design and build custom applications to meet business needs. – Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services and data sources. – Troubleshoot and optimize Power Apps solutions. Qualifications: ● Proven experience with Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and Power Apps. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: ● Experience with other Microsoft 365 tools and services. ● Knowledge of SQL and database management. ● Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
