We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and culturally plugged-in Health & Wellness Brand Manager to spearhead go-to-market consumer campaigns and manage top-tier agency relationships for Trü Frü and KIND under Mars Inc. This role is essential for driving fast-paced brand growth, owning through-the-line activations, and scaling brand buzz across social channels and experiential touchpoints. You will act as a primary driver for content, community management, influencer networks, and strategic sampling campaigns.

Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the UK Trü Frü Market Lead, you will take full ownership of digital execution, brand activation, and agency partner delivery. This role requires a high-energy "doer" and executor who can move rapidly in a high-growth, start-up style CPG environment. You will curate locally relevant social content, oversee experiential brand events with agency support, and run strategic sampling programs that generate viral hype and maximize Return on Sales (ROS) and brand equity.

Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market & Integrated Campaigns: Spearhead consumer-facing brand activations and through-the-line marketing campaigns across Trü Frü and KIND.
  • Social & Digital Media Leadership: Own the digital voice and content calendar across platforms like TikTok and Instagram, managing creative agencies, sourcing top-tier influencers, and driving hyper-engaging community interactions.
  • Agency Leadership & Execution: Lead external social, PR, media, and field marketing agency partners. Set clear deliverables, manage project timelines, and hold agencies accountable to guarantee exceptional execution.
  • Experiential Marketing & Brand Events: Collaborate with specialist agencies to design and execute high-impact brand events, product launches, and experiential activations that generate organic social buzz.
  • Strategic Sampling: Develop and roll out sampling programs following a "perfect city" approach, overseeing field agencies to drive massive product trial and brand discovery.
  • Cross-Functional & Regional Alignment: Serve as an agile team player across internal UK teams (field, finance, supply) and collaborate with the broader EMEA marketing network to drive start-up scale and momentum.

About You

  • Experience: 3+ years in marketing, digital communications, or media—ideally within high-growth FMCG, CPG, start-ups, or culturally relevant, social-first consumer brands.
  • Social & Content Expertise: Proven track record working directly with social media agencies, managing influencer collaborations, overseeing event activations, and creating high-performing social content.
  • Agile "Doer" Mindset: A proactive, energetic executor who thrives in fast-paced, lean environments, with the speed and drive to get things done quickly without getting bogged down by red tape.
  • Agency Management: Strong capability in holding external agencies accountable to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across PR, social, media, and events.
  • Cross-Functional Partner: Adept at engaging cross-functional stakeholders, field sampling teams, external creators, and regional EMEA teams with confidence and clarity.
  • Brand Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for Trü Frü and KIND and a clear vision for growing their footprint in the UK market.
