Randstad CPE is seeking a Property Manager for HML East Malling. You will manage a portfolio in line with RICS and ARMA guidelines, supporting the Head of Property Management to deliver professional services for freehold and leasehold developments.
The role requires understanding of residential property management, strong interpersonal and client-focused skills, and the ability to respond to leaseholders, attend AGMs, and coordinate maintenance, insurance, and service contracts.
