Company Profile: B-hive Property Solutions is part of the Vegner Group of Companies, established in 1991. The business specialises in the management of blocks of flats and offers related services such as insurance broking, lettings management, surveying, company secretarial, and concierge staff provision.
Role Purpose: This role will enable the employee to gather a broad understanding of the Company Secretarial Department and gain experience in various areas of the industry and customer service.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clients that have appointed Company Secretarial Services Ltd as their Company Secretary.
- Prepare and issue all AGM notices upon instruction from the Property Manager.
- Scan and save all Company Accounts for managed developments received from the Finance Department.
- Keep Inform direct updated with all Director appointments and resignations and amend PMS as required.
- Send out Directors calls to seek appointments for new Directors on instruction from the Property Manager.
- Arrange Company Secretarial Appointments and Resignations on instruction from Business Development and Customer Services.
- File the Annual Confirmation Statement at Companies House.
- Set up new Management Companies on instruction from Business Development.
- Issue letters and welcome packs to all new leaseholders upon notification of reassignment of a property.
- Deal with returned mail and keep correspondence details up to date and manage incoming post.
- Perform any Land Registry and Companies House administrative tasks as required.
