Block Management â Accounts Department
Overall Purpose
To provide assistance to the accounts team so that we provide a high level of service to all our clients.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Answering the main account telephone line and dealing with any queries.
- Replying to all internal and external emails in a timely manner.
- Administration of the main supplier invoice email account (BMInvoices).
- Processing supplier invoices on to Dwellant.
- Setâup of our client on utility portals and print invoices & statements.
- Processing of all incoming cheques and cash receipts.
- Processing supplier invoices for payment.
- Assisting with the processing of sundry supplier payments.

- IT literate â Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
