Production Operative - Jaguar Land Rover (No Experience Required)

What you will be doing

• Work as part of a dedicated team, supporting each other to achieve our production commitments.
• Follow established sequences and standard operating procedures while proactively seeking process improvements.
• Maintain the highest level of quality in your work at all times.
• Investigate issues and solve problems as they arise.
• Follow written instructions to ensure adherence to standardized practices.
• Take responsibility for your individual working environment, showing respect for tools, equipment, and your colleagues.
• Prioritize health and safety, ensuring care for yourself and those around you.

Requirements

• Essential: Ability to repeatedly follow set sequences of work (standardized work), high attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Flexibility: Must be available to work overtime as required and be flexible regarding shift patterns.
• Desirable: Previous experience on a moving production line or within a manufacturing environment is an advantage, though not essential. Knowledge of continuous improvement is also a plus.

• Competitive Pay: £16.39 - £18.64 per hour, with excellent rates for overtime.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with typical shifts such as 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM (Mon-Thu) and 07:00 AM - 12:00 Noon (Fri).
