We now partner with deep-tech, high-growth startups to help them hire right, fast. Right now, we’re supporting a deep tech client building next-gen hardware/software in embedded space. They are well funded, experienced and ambitious.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (FTC or B2B) to embed with the client and lead full-cycle hiring across high-priority engineering & leadership roles. You'll work closely with founders, hiring managers, and permanent TA team to build process, pipelines, and velocity, from scratch.

What You’ll Do

  • Own multiple live roles max; aim for 2+ hires/month
  • Source top-tier global talent (embedded, infra, others)
  • Set up ATS (likely Ashby) and implement end-to-end processes
  • Manage onsite interviews, relocation, and reporting
  • Be a strategic partner to hiring leads in a matrix startup structure

What You Bring

  • Proven experience hiring in deep-tech / early-stage startups
  • Strong sourcing ability across hardware & software domains
  • ATS fluency (Ashby = major bonus)
  • Comfortable with fast pace, high ambiguity, and high ownership
  • Global hiring and relocation experience preference

Comp & Terms

£50–60k FTC or £300–400/day (Outside IR35)

Start-up environment with hybrid flexibility (5 is the preference → 3 days onsite)
