Ranked #5 in the Sunday Times fastest-growing companies, we’re on a mission to make better food easier for everyone. To keep up with that growth, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate every visual touchpoint of the brand, from digital to physical, paid to packaging.
About the Role

Bold and on trend, you’ll work across website assets, paid ads, social content, physical packaging, and labelling, with high drive, high standards, high impact, and a hunger to win.
You’ll be the go-to for all creative graphic design, collaborating closely with the Creative Lead, Growth, and Digital teams to ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries. We’re not looking for a pixel pusher, we want someone who can think, create, and execute with impact and clarity, unafraid to do what hasn’t been done before.

- Uphold and push our visual identity as we grow
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead and brand agency on evolving the brand system
- Translate guidelines into practical, usable design tools
Team & Collaboration

- A high-performance, ownership mindset: you\’re hungry to win, you take accountability, and you bring the energy every day. You don’t wait for permission to make something better.
- Obsessive attention to detail: but you know when speed matters, and can balance quality with pace.
- Fluent across formats: paid ads, packaging, social templates, email assets, website visuals. You’re confident designing for multiple channels and understand the nuance of each.
