Your Role
As a Mid-Weight Product Designer at Noli, you\’ll be the driving force behind our commercial experience, focusing on conversion optimisation, user journey enhancement, and seamless shopping experiences. You\’ll work closely with growth, marketing, and development teams to own the end-to-end design of our commerce platform, from product discovery to checkout completion.
Within this role, you will:
- Drive conversion optimisation: Design and iterate on key commerce flows to maximise conversion rates and minimise drop-off
- Lead data-driven design: Use product analytics and A/B testing to validate design decisions and prove key hypotheses
- Scale our design system: Evolve our design kit and component library to maintain consistency across all commerce touchpoints
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with growth, marketing, and engineering teams to create designs that support business goals
- Map user journeys: Identify friction points and implement solutions across the complete customer experience
- Create magical solutions that our users will love: Take end-to-end ownership of features and/or user flows, from discovery to delivery. In strong collaboration with product, UXR lead, data and engineers
- Support user research activities to gather insight into customer needs, preferences and create solutions that users will love.
- Work within an agile environment:

- Rapid prototyping: Guide team with best practice in agile product development to test and validate ideas quickly (fail-fast mindset).
- Supporting the day to day execution of the team, focused on creating amazing designs that can be built by our engineers (and our users love)
What we\’re looking for
- E-commerce expertise: 4-6 years\’ product design experience ideally focused on e-commerce and conversion optimisation
- Proven track record: Portfolio showcasing successful e-commerce projects with measurable business impact on conversion rates and key metrics
- Technical proficiency: Expert skills in Figma, Jira, and analytics tools, with understanding of front-end development principles
- Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working with growth, marketing, and engineering teams in fast-paced, agile environments
- Design systems experience: Proven ability to scale design systems for commerce applications while maintaining quality and consistency
- Best practice: Understanding of e-commerce best practices, user psychology in commerce contexts, and enthusiasm for beauty tech
- Location flexibility: Commits to 3 office days a week in London office
- Education: Degree in Product Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
