Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proven React Developer to join our team and help maintain the quality of our frontend experience. As part of our skilled development team, you’ll contribute to building a scalable and performant frontend for our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has experience working in SaaS environments, thrives in cross-functional teams, and is deeply familiar with modern frontend development practices. What You’ll Be Doing:

Code Quality & Efficiency:

• Write clean , maintainable , and efficient React code that powers our frontend platform.
• Collaborate with senior developers to ensure the codebase remains scalable and performant.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers , QA engineers , and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and optimal product outcomes.
• Collaborate on complex projects, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and met.

Code Reviews & Mentorship:

• Contribute to code reviews , providing constructive feedback to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers by sharing your React expertise and helping them improve their skills.

Timely Project Delivery:

• Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating effectively with the team, meeting project milestones, and proactively solving challenges as they arise.
• Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality work from start to finish.

Collaboration & Communication: You’ll work closely with designers, senior developers, and other team members to ensure clear communication and efficient project execution.

Timely Delivery: You will be instrumental in driving projects to completion, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work with a focus on performance and functionality.

• Proven experience in React development , with a strong understanding of modern frontend development practices and tools.
• Experience in SaaS environments , contributing to scalable web applications.
• Ability to break down complex tasks and translate them into clear action plans and deliverables.
• Excellent problem-solving skills , with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• A do-er mentality : You’re someone who loves to get things done, unblock challenges, and ensure projects are delivered to production without compromise.
• A \”It’s not done until it’s in production\” mentality, ensuring the product is fully tested and deployed successfully.
