We are looking for a dedicated Operations Technician to ensure every product leaving our Witney facility meets the highest standards of perfection. Key Responsibilities
- Your role is the backbone of our production line. You will balance technical operation with meticulous quality control.
- Manufacturing & Lab Operations: Operate highly automated equipment for product assembly, chemical solution preparation, and sensor manufacturing according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Assurance: Conduct visual and instrumental inspections of raw materials and finished goods. You will also lead investigations into customer returns and product stability testing.
- Data Integrity: Maintain flawless records. You'll input data into HMI, POMS, and MacPac systems, ensuring every batch record meets Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Facility Standards: Drive a "World Class" environment by following 6S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to EHS, COSHH, and PPE requirements. We prioritize a "safety first" culture - reporting near-misses and maintaining a secure workspace is vital.
