Job Type: Temporary - ongoing Standard Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday) Day Shift: £14.27/hr Night Shift: £19.03/hr Overtime (First 10 hours): £21.41/hr Overtime (After 10 hours): £28.54/hr Shift Patterns (Rotation Required) Day Shift: Monday 07:00 - 17:15 | Tuesday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:45 Night Shift: Monday 21:00 - 07:15 | Tuesday - Thursday 21:00 - 06:45 Perform MMA/MIG welding, gas welding, brazing, and soldering on custom containers, silencers, and skid bases. Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality standards, and 5S workplace organization. NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Fabrication/Welding, or proven hands-on trade experience. Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering prints and schematic assembly drawings. Flexibility to work both day and night shift rotations, plus overtime when required. Experience operating within a Lean manufacturing environment. Competency using slinging equipment and cranes to transport heavy fabrications safely.
