Job Type: Temporary - ongoing Standard Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday) Day Shift: £17.95 / hr Night Shift: £23.93 / hr Overtime (First 10 hours): £26.93 / hr Overtime (After 10 hours): £35.90 / hr Shift Patterns (Must be willing to work both Days and Nights): Day Shift: Monday 07:00 - 17:15 | Tuesday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:45 Night Shift: Monday 21:00 - 07:15 | Tuesday - Thursday 21:00 - 06:45 Perform MMA/MIG welding, gas welding, brazing, and soldering on custom containers, silencers, and skid bases. Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality standards, and 5S workplace organisation practices. Formal Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Fabrication/Welding. Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering prints and schematic assembly drawings. Flexibility to work both day and night shift rotations, plus overtime when required. Previous experience operating within a Lean manufacturing environment. Experience using slinging equipment and cranes to transport heavy fabrications safely.
