Job Title : Warehouse Picker Job Type : Temporary - Ongoing Location : Bournemouth, BH11 8PT Pay Rate : £12.71 per hour (increasing to £13.08 after successful training - up to 3 weeks training) Overtime : £19.62 per hour (Monday to Saturday) £19.71 after training. Shift timings : Days : 07:00-15;00, Monday-Friday (2 paid 20-minute tea breaks ) - Fixed shift * Must be able to reach the site by 7:00 AM or 15:00PM* Requirements : Previous experience in a similar warehouse role is essential. Familiarity with operating LLOP, PPT, or similar mechanical handling equipment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and efficient operation. Ability to work independently, but also a great team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Commitment to working overtime weekly to support targets Duties: Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the warehouse Accurately picking goods and preparing orders for shipment Operating LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) to gather products efficiently Packing orders for ecommerce fulfillment, ensuring each item is correctly handled and packed Preparing products for sale, including tagging, labeling, creating gift sets, and preparing customer loads Restacking pallets and removing shrink wrap from wrapped pallets to prepare for putaway Handling physical tasks, including moving cases weighing up to 13.5 kg and standing for extended periods Collaborating effectively with the wider team to ensure a smooth workflow Great Pay Benefits: Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for overtime.
