Job Description
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics? We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Administrator to join our busy Logistics Department in Coleford.
This is a crucial role for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of all warehouse inventory. If you are a self-motivated individual with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.
Location: Coleford (GL16 8JB)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch)
What you'll be doing:
- Data and Inventory Management: You will be responsible for accurately managing all inbound deliveries by booking them into SAP and EWM. This includes reconciling finished goods and packaging inventory both on-site and at third-party locations.
- Logistics Coordination: You will arrange transport for goods to and from our contract manufacturers and logistics partners, making urgent changes as needed.
- Reporting and Audits: You will be responsible for creating various reports, including customs reports for exports, inbound freight reports for costs, and pallet movement reports. You will also participate in monthly and annual audits.
- Process Improvement: You will continuously look for opportunities to improve administrative processes and inventory procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Support: You will provide cover for other team members during holidays, sickness, and periods of high demand.
We're looking for someone with:
- A minimum of a GCSE
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels of the organization and external partners.
- A high level of credibility, integrity, and resilience.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize your workload, and take the initiative.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- A good understanding of SAP and EWM systems is highly desirable.
