Occupational Health Admin Support Part time - 24 hours per week Ideally 3 full days - can be flexible We are recruiting for one of our key clients, based in the West Thurrock area.
This assignment is for 6 months with the potential to be extended to 1 year - starting on the 1st July The role: The occupational health administrator will provide critical administrative support to the Occupational Health Nurse, based fully on site.
Ensuring the efficient delivery of health surveillance, case management and workplace health initiatives.
This role enables clinical staff to focus on employee care, by managing scheduling, data administration, compliance tracking and stakeholder communication.
The hours: Ideally 3 days per week of 8 hours days - can be flexible if you would prefer to work 24 hours over 5 days The rate: £18.51 per hour The ideal applicant: You will have a strong administrative background, ideally from an Occupational health setting or medical setting.
You will have great attention to detail, and familiar with dealing with sensitive and confidential data.
You will have experience of dealing with database administration.
You will also be a great communicator both written and verbal.
