Our client, based in Morpeth, makes, sells and distributes some of the world's best loved non-alcoholic, ready-made beverages to over 300 million customers across 13 countries. We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, safety, and teamwork are essential.

Job type: Temporary - Ongoing

Location: Morpeth

Pay rate: £14.54/hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm, Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am (Rotating days and nights, must be flexible with the shifts)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment according to our safety and quality standards
  • Monitor production output and report any faults or anomalies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work area
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to help achieve targets
  • Follow all quality requirements as required, escalating any non-conformances

All aspects described will be trained and qualified.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
  • Must have own transport due to shift patterns
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment
