Ford is investing £355 million to transform the Halewood site into Europe's first EV power unit manufacturing plant, producing 420,000 electric drive units per year. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a historic shift in UK automotive manufacturing. We are now seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Assembly) to join our established engineering team and support the next chapter of Ford's electrification roadmap.

The Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer within the Assembly team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving key production processes used in the manufacture of electric vehicle components. You will lead and deliver engineering projects to world-class standards - ensuring safety, cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This is a hands-on, influential role working closely with production, maintenance, contractors, and senior engineering teams.
