Manufacturing Assembly Operative - Desford We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join a world-leading manufacturing team in Desford.

Responsibilities Perform precise component assembly using hand and air tools on a production line.
Conduct thorough visual quality inspections to ensure all parts meet rigorous standards.
Maintain adherence to standardized work manuals and established safety protocols.
Operate efficiently to meet defined TAKT times and productivity targets.
Execute final packing procedures to ensure products are prepared for distribution.
