Job Description Medical Device Kit Packing Operator Join our team at the Dundee Technology Park and play a vital role in the final stages of medical device production. As a Kit Packing Operator, you are the final set of eyes and hands ensuring our life-changing products are packed, verified, and ready for the people who need them most. Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour. Shift Pattern: 2-Weekly Rotation (Monday - Friday) 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Contract Type: 4 months initially You will work within a high-standard Assembly and Packing environment, ensuring every product leaves our facility on time and in perfect condition: Precision Assembly: Operate manual, semi-automated, and fully automated equipment to assemble and pack medical products with 100% accuracy. Quality Documentation: Maintain a "Right First Time" approach by completing Quality Documentation in strict accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Packing Batch Records (PBRs), to ensure total compliance with medical regulations. Uphold a "Safety First" culture, ensuring your workspace is clean, organised, and compliant with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies. Continuous Growth: Take ownership of your professional development by staying up to date with site training and evolving manufacturing best practices. A solid understanding of production process controls and manufacturing best practices. Systems Savvy: Ability to navigate Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP or similar).
