Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality standards, and 5S workplace organisation practices. Mentor and train other team members when required, upholding core company values. Qualifications Formal Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Fabrication/Welding. Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering prints and schematic assembly drawings. Strong practical arithmetic skills and ability to follow detailed technical instructions. Flexibility to work both day and night shift rotations, plus overtime when required.
