Reach Truck Driver - Minworth (Temp to Perm)

What we're looking for
Valid Reach FLT licence: RTITB or equivalent. In-house licences are accepted provided they are in-date with valid accreditation.
Experience: A minimum of 6 months operating an FLT in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is mandatory.
Mindset: You possess a safety-first approach and a strong awareness of site protocols.
Teamwork: You are a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and the flexibility to adapt to site demands.
Responsibilities
Operate a Reach truck to move and store confectionery stock safely and efficiently.
Load and unload deliveries with precision.
Maintain high safety standards and adhere to all site protocols.
Work closely with warehouse teams to keep operations moving smoothly.
Support wider warehouse tasks as needed to ensure team success.
Details
Location: Sutton Coldfield B76 (Minworth).
Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts (5:50 am - 6:00 pm & 5:50 pm - 6:00 am). Minimum of 3 shifts per week.
Pay Rates:
£15.10 per hour for Day Shifts
£17.07 per hour for Night Shifts.
Job Type: Temporary with excellent potential to secure a permanent position based on performance.
