Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Contract: Temporary - ongoing
Salary: Β£13.00 per hour
Shifts: Weekly Rotation (06:00-14:00 & 10:00-18:00)
Responsibilities
- Precision Picking:Utilising handheld scanners to fulfil medical orders with 100% accuracy.
- Stock Integrity:Organising inventory and maintaining flawless records for total traceability.
- Systems Management:Completing essential digital updates-where accuracy is non-negotiable.
- Team Collaboration:Partnering with internal departments to handle urgent material requests and refine processes.
About you
- Proven Experience:A solid background of at least 1 year working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics hub.
- Technical Basics:Strong literacy and numeracy skills to manage strict inventory controls.
- Reliability:A rock-solid track record for dependability and punctuality.
- Mobility:You must have your own reliable transport or live within a 45-minute walk of the site to ensure you can meet the 06:00 AM start time.
