- Job Type: Temporary - ongoing
- Pay Rate: £12.71 - £15.51/hour
- Shifts: Morning: 5:50 AM - 1:50 PM, Afternoon: 1:50 PM - 9:50 PM, Night: 9:50 PM - 5:50 AM
Responsibilities:
- Check product quality, meticulously removing any damaged or defective items from the production line.
- Ensure trays are correctly filled and stacked for the next stage of production.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, strictly adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production targets.
- Perform other reasonable duties as required by the management team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory experience in packing or manufacturing within a warehouse or factory environment.
- Good understanding of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work at speed.
- Physically fit to handle the manual requirements of the role.
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week as required.
