- Job Type: Temporary - ongoing
- Shift Patterns: Nights: 23:00 - 11:00 (3 days on, 3 days off) at £20.30 per hour
Responsibilities
- Operate forklift and pedestrian trucks to load/unload transport vehicles and manage product movement within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular Cycle Counts via the MES system to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Complete racking inspections and report damage as a priority to maintain safety.
- Optimize product storage through efficient warehouse movement.
- Process goods deliveries, ensuring full documentation, system booking, and immediate reporting of quality issues.
- Inspect and clean outer packaging for production readiness.
- Prepare finished goods for shipment according to documentation.
- Maintain strict safety standards while operating trucks and ensure accurate, real-time MES transactions.
Qualifications
- Essential: Must hold an in-date/valid forklift license (counterbalance). Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and standard procedures. Proficiency with PC systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Desirable: Experience with VNA, PPT ride-on trucks, SAP, or MES/Scanning systems.
