Randstad is seeking experienced Paint Sprayer for a rewarding 24 month fixed term contract.
The Role: Paint Sprayer
Location: Peterlee (On-site)
Contract: 24 months fixed term assignment till Nov 2027
Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Excellent Pay Rates:

Day Shift: £17.28 - £19.55 per hour

Afternoon Shift (20% premium): £20.74 - £23.46 per hour

Night Shift (35% premium): £23.33 - £26.39 per hour

Overtime 1.5 (Mon-Sat): £25.92 - £29.33 per hour

Overtime 2 (Sundays): £34.56 - £39.10 per hour
Shift Timings:

Days: 08:00 - 16:00 (Mon-Thurs), 08:00 - 12:30 (Fri)

Afternoons: 16:00 - 00:00 (Mon-Thurs), 12:30 - 17:00 (Fri)

Nights: 00:00 - 08:00 (Mon-Thurs), 17:00 - 21:30 (Fri)

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to H&S and PPE requirements
- Work under your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Paint spray various sized panels
- Have a good eye for quality
- Manually set paint machines
- Carry out safety and quality checks on machine components
- Working towards production targets
- Familiarity with paint systems or paint spraying.
- Previous experience ideally in wet on wet paint but other spray systems experience will be considered.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Paint Spraying desired
