Pay Rates: PAYE Days: £21.31/hr PAYE, Afternoon: £25.57/hr
Umbrella Days: £28.30/hr Umbrella, Afternoon: £33.97/hr
Shift Patterns: Days: Mon-Thurs (6:30 am - 3:00 pm) & Fri (6:30 am - 12:00 pm) Afternoon: Mon-Thu (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) & Fri (12:00 pm - 5:30 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform precision MIG welding on aluminium materials.
· Work with build and welding fixtures while adhering strictly to tight tolerances.
· Follow standard work procedures in line with modern manufacturing practices.
· Execute basic manual lifting and material handling safely.
· Maintain an uncompromising commitment to health, safety, and operational standards at all times.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
· Proven hands-on experience in MIG welding with aluminium.
· Ability to interpret work procedures and operate on your own initiative or as part of a team.
· Physical capability to manage manual lifting as required by production processes.
· Strong safety awareness in a high-intensity factory environment.
