Responsibilities Execute high-standard spray painting on a moving production line. Manage the powder coat process and perform equipment changes according to standardized requirements. Perform necessary rework on parts to ensure they meet stringent quality benchmarks. Maintain inventory levels and adhere strictly to Health Safety and COSHH regulations. Hours of Work and Salary: Morning shift Monday 05:30 - 14:30 Tuesday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30 Friday 06:00 - 11:00 £14.80 PER HOUR (up to £15.56 after 6 months) Afternoon shift Monday 14:00- 23:00 Tuesday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:30 Friday 10:45 - 15:45 £17.76 PER HOUR (up to £18.67 after 6 months) Afternoon shift (4 days)
