What you will do

Solution Manufacturing: Safely produce rare reagents, intermediates, and bulk chemical/biological solutions in strict accordance with the master schedule and established operating procedures.

Compliance & Documentation: Adhere precisely to standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will take full accountability for maintaining accurate, high-quality documentation.

System Logging: Utilise Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) for daily data entry and document management.

Workload Management: Manage your daily production targets independently once assignments have been received, ensuring all tasks are delivered on time.

Quality & Safety: Collaborate with the Quality Control team, participate in safety initiatives, perform root cause analysis (RCA) on production issues, and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
What we are looking for

Core Skills: Strong basic numeracy for accurate calculations, excellent spoken and written English, and a practical, hands-on aptitude for manufacturing tasks.

What we offer

Competitive Pay: £15.88 per hour.

Working Schedule: 2-weekly rotating shifts (Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00 | Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00).
