Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing
Location: Bournemouth, BH11 8PT
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Overtime: £19.62 per hour (Monday to Saturday)
Shift timings: Days: 07:00-15:00, Monday-Friday
You are entitled to 2 breaks per shift - 25 & 20 minutes. 30 minutes of break time per shift is unpaid. Must be able to reach the site by 7:00AM.
Role Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse role is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and efficient operation.
- Ability to work independently, but also a great team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Commitment to working overtime weekly to support targets.
What will your day to day entail:
- Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the warehouse.
- Accurately picking goods and preparing orders for shipment.
- Packing orders for ecommerce fulfillment, ensuring each item is correctly handled and packed.
- Preparing products for sale, including tagging, labeling, creating gift sets, and preparing customer loads.
- Restacking pallets and removing shrink wrap from wrapped pallets to prepare for putaway.
- Handling physical tasks, including moving cases weighing up to 13.5 kg and standing for extended periods.
- Collaborating effectively with the wider team to ensure a smooth workflow.
