The Floor Manager is a key figure who leads and inspires a team of Client Advisors to achieve maximum performance and deliver a luxury client experience. You will be a leader present on the shop floor, responsible for providing real-time coaching, developing team talents, and promoting the Brand's Values as a Brand Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team & Coaching: Manage, motivate, and develop the team through on-the-job training, feedback sessions, and regular performance reviews.
  • Client Experience: Oversee and drive excellence in the client experience, promoting clienteling strategies for customer retention and growth.
  • Sales and Operations: Actively sell and be a role model for the selling ceremony. Monitor category performance, collaborating with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising to maximize sales potential.
  • Operational Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, support store opening and closing operations (Manager on Duty), and maintain organization standards (back of house and front of house).

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail environments, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Proven ability to drive positive and measurable customer experiences.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales reports to identify trends and propose action plans.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for the Fashion Industry.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
